Leadership
The purpose of this class is to provide the student with an understanding of the fundamental principles of leadership. In addition to the different definitions and styles of leadership, it will focus on analysis and acquisition of key leadership qualities - vision, balance, authority, creativity etc. It will also examine the expression of leadership in an organisational context and in releasing leadership in others.

When: Monday night, 7:30pm-9:30pm
Cost: $125 per 8-week term

Term One: Releasing the leader within (starts 9 February 2009)
Term Two: Styles and models of leadership (starts 20 April 2009)
Term Three: Leading organisations and teams (starts 27 July 2009)
Term Four: Equipping and releasing others (starts 5 October 2009)
Lecturers
Core lecturers for this course include key leadership staff from LIFE (e.g. Ps Paul de Jong, Marshall Gray) as well as others from leading churches and organisations around New Zealand that are proven and effective in leadership practice.
